Mega Millions jackpot increases to $203 million

ATLANTA - The jackpot in the multistate Mega Millions lottery drawing has grown to $203 million.

The rollover occurred because none of the tickets sold for Tuesday night's $175 million drawing matched all five lotto numbers and the Mega Ball number. The next drawing will be Friday night.

There were 19 second-prize winners from Tuesday night's drawing, matching all five lotto numbers but not the Mega Ball number to win $250,000 apiece. Two of those tickets were sold in Illinois - at convenience stores in the Chicago suburbs of Hinsdale and Carpentersville.

Also, 87 players, including 12 from Illinois, matched four of the five lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000.

The winning numbers from Friday night's drawing were: 14, 23, 27, 36 and 45. The Mega Ball number was 36.
