Players say Powerball win makes MegaMillions jackpot more exciting

The MegaMillions jackpot is now up $230 million. That figure, and the recent Powerball jackpot, are spurring many Virginians to go out and buy a date with Lady Luck. Virginia Lottery Director Donna VanCleave says big jackpots, even in other states, usually boost sales here in the Commonwealth.
Beginning March first, lottery lovers will have the chance to play a new game called Win for Life. If you're lucky, you could receive a thousand dollars a week for life. The new game will replace Lotto South.
