Mega Millions jackpot increases to $54 million

UNDATED The jackpot in the multistate Mega Millions lottery drawing has grown to 54 (m) million dollars for Friday's drawing.

None of the tickets sold for last night's 41 (M) million-dollar drawing matched all five lotto numbers and the Mega Ball.

There were 14 second-prize winners, one in Michigan, matching all five lotto numbers but not the Mega Ball number to win 250-thousand dollars each.

Also, 61 players, four in Michigan, matched four of the five lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number, to win ten-thousand dollars each.

The winning numbers were seven, 11, 22, 27 and 31.

The Mega Ball number was 33.
