FISHERS, Ind. -- Police said stolen lottery tickets led to the arrests of two men following a robbery at a Village Pantry store in Fishers on Friday.

Bartt Charles Engelhardt, 19, of Fishers faces armed robbery and theft charges and Brian Croucher, 22, of Fishers faces a receiving stolen property charge.

Investigators said they began tracking the two men after they attempted to cash stolen lottery tickets at local businesses.

Police said they found Croucher inside a home in the 10000 block of Tournon Drive. Croucher was the man who investigators said tried to cash in the tickets. Engelhardt was apprehended as he arrived at the same home later in the evening.

Investigators said they were able to recover or account for all of the money taken during the robbery. All but one of the lottery tickets was also found.

Police said that Engelhardt told them he used a pellet gun during the robbery.
