New Lottery Game Hits North Carolina

WILMINGTON -- North Carolina has a new lottery game that hit convenience stores and other outlets Friday.

It's called the Carolina Cash Five.

Just pick five numbers and hope you get lucky.

Unlike Powerball, there will be a drawing everyday but that also means there is less money on the line.

The minimum jackpot every night is $50,000, and the more people play, the more the prize will rise.

The drawings will be at 11:22 p.m.
