Mega Millions jackpot increases to $84 million

The jackpot in the multi-state Mega Millions lottery drawing grew to $84 million Friday.

None of the tickets sold for Friday's $72 million drawing matched all five lotto numbers and the Mega Ball. The next drawing will be Tuesday.

There were four second-prize winners from Friday night's drawing, matching five numbers to win $250,000. Another 22 players, including three in Michigan, matched four of the five lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000.

One California player matched five numbers, and five players matched four of the five lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number. The prize amounts in California are different from what prize winners in the other Mega Ball participating states would receive.

The winning numbers from Friday's drawing were: 3, 4, 10, 39 and 50. The Mega Ball number was 29.
