One Powerball Winner in South Carolina

A winning ticket for Wednesday's Powerball drawing was sold in South Carolina, the state lottery said.

The ticket won the game's minimum jackpot of $15 million. The city it was sold in was not immediately available.

The winning numbers were 19-30-39-40-53 and a Powerball of 16.

Two other winning Powerball tickets have been sold in South Carolina since 2002, but each time the winner was from out-of-state.
