Mega Milliions jackpot now $44 million

The jackpot in the multistate Mega Millions lottery drawing has grown to $44 million.

The rollover occurred because none of the tickets sold for last night's $35-million drawing matched all five lotto numbers and the Mega Ball number. The next drawing will be Tuesday night.

There was one second-prize winner from last night's drawing, matching five numbers to win 250 thousand dollars. That ticket was not sold in Illinois. Another 24 players, including one from Illinois, matched 4 of the five lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number. Those tickets are each worth ten thousand dollars.

The winning numbers from last night's drawing were: six, 13, 30, 41 and 52. The Mega Ball number was 26.
