Mega Millions jackpot grows to $43 million

The jackpot in the multistate Mega Millions lottery drawing has grown to $43 million.

The rollover occurred because none of the tickets sold for Friday night's $34 million drawing matched all five lotto numbers and the Mega Ball number. The next drawing will be Tuesday night.

There were nine second-prize winners from Friday night's drawing, matching all five lotto numbers but not the Mega Ball number to win $250,000 apiece. None of those tickets were sold in Illinois. Also, 30 players, including one from Illinois, matched four of the five lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000.

The winning numbers from Friday night's drawing were: five, 15, 18, 23, and 46. The Mega Ball number was 14.
