Powerball jackpot to rise to $75 million

Saturday's Powerball jackpot will be worth an estimated $75 million, since no one matched all six numbers in last night's drawing.

Wednesday's winning numbers were 14-21-25-45-53. The Powerball was 9 and the multiplier was 2.

A Power Play ticket sold in Idaho matched the first five numbers only to win $400,000.

Colorado's top prize was $200 for 33 Power Play tickets that matched other number combinations.

Powerball was created in 1992 and launched in Colorado in 2001.

It's now played in 29 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
