Mega Millions Jackpot Jumps to $220M

There were no winners of the 181-million dollar jackpot in the Tuesday evening Mega Millions lottery.

There are a dozen winning tickets with five matching numbers but missing the Mega ball number.

Those tickets, each worth 250-thousand dollars, were sold in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Texas.

The numbers picked during the midweek game were 15, 20, 24, 36, 44 and the Mega Ball number was six.

The estimated jackpot for the May 1st drawing now stands at 220-million dollars.

The Mega Millions lottery is played in a dozen states twice each week, and Texas is the only one bordering Arkansas. The chance of winning the jackpot in the Mega Millions game is one in more than 175-million.

Meanwhile, the Powerball Lottery also has a growing jackpot that's up to 65-million-dollars for tonight's drawing.
